Hey, I'm Nsima Inyang 👋🏾
My story didn’t start with pain-free movement, athleticism, or balance.
I was a professional natural bodybuilder and elite-level powerlifter… but truthfully... I moved like the Tin Man.
My joints ached, my spine was stiff, and I had to brace just to tie my shoes.
